The clear overlay allows for easy customization by insertion of printed 11" x 8-1/2" materials. Three slant-D rings accommodate 20% more punched paper than traditional round rings. Pockets on the inside of the front and back cover for storing unpunched and loose papers. Quality construction with heavy duty vinyl covers and boards resists tearing and cracking.
