This Gate Valve Lockout device is designed to adjust from 2-1/2” to 5” for securely fitting onto gate valve hand wheels. With the capacity to hold up to 3 padlocks with 3/8” shackle diameter, it is made of durable polyurethane plastic to withstand temperatures ranging from -13° to 194° F. Clearly visible on the device is the label that reads, “DANGER Locked Out Do Not Operate.”
