This Skilcraft Gate Valve Lockout device is adjustable from 1” to 6-1/2” to safely fit gate valve hand wheels and accommodate 4 padlocks with a maximum shackle diameter of 3/8”. Constructed of durable plastic (polyurethane), it is capable of enduring temperatures ranging from -13° to 194° F. For added assurance, the device is labeled with "DANGER Locked Out Do Not Operate". It's an easy-to-use safety device that is both durable and reliable in unpredictable outdoor environments. Its clear labeling helps ensure that dangerous valves are never operated.
