Built with a solid shank and a straight, 34" Natural Ash hardwood handle, it also features a specially-shaped size #1 blade with a forward step. To ensure maximum protection and convenience, each shovel comes equipped with installed Vinyl Sheaths. Additionally, this fire shovel is heat-treated with high carbon for superior durability. Plus, this tool meets all USFS Specifications #5100-326D.
